I cheered in high school, competed with Top Gun All Stars, and continued at the collegiate level, and I'm currently a cheer instructor for the National Cheerleaders Association with over eight years of coaching experience. My coaching style is rooted in perfection before progression with a strong emphasis on proper technique and safety, and I focus on building athlete confidence by teaching them to assess and correct their own tumbling.

I have experience in gymnastics, high school and college cheerleading, All-Star teams, martial arts, and tricking, and I'm an IHSA State final medalist in coed cheer. Coaching since 2009, my philosophy focuses on confidence building for mental and physical practice, and I pride myself on helping athletes work through mental blocks and bring their confidence back.

I've coached cheer for four years and became a certified personal trainer in 2023, using my variety of tools to prioritize safety, body awareness, and correct muscle recruitment while supporting athletes through mental blocks.
